Heat Fleet Return and Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns:
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. We will issue a refund for the purchase price plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed within 24 hours of being requested, but it may take a few days to appear on your online statement depending on your card issuer's internal processing procedures and systems.
Return Process:
Step 1: Contact us to initiate a return, either by e-mail (returns@heatfleet.com) or by telephone (631) 735-5645. We will verify that your return is within the 30-day return period and provide you with an RMA number.
Step 2: Ship the item to our Returns Department at the address below. Include your RMA number in shipping label's "Address 2" field.

Step 3: Within 24 hours of receiving your returned product, we will process your return and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that while we submit the refund transaction within 24 hours, the time it takes for your card issuer to reflect the refund transaction depends wholly on your card issuer’s internal systems and processes, which may take several days.
Return Exceptions:
The following product categories are not eligible for returns:
- Heating Oil
- Propane
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
