With 507,486,888.761 gallons of oil delivered to Pennsylvania homeowners the last heating season, the Pennsylvania community depends on its 195 oil companies to keep their oil tanks full. Oil delivery has two parts to it: First, an oil truck picks up oil at the nearest bulk fuel terminal (also known as a “rack”).
